Clubvibes is hosting their 9th Annual Vancouver Nightlife Awards.

We have nominated Lenny Mclelland for Best Bartender of the Year with Clubvibes Nightlife Awards. We all know Lenny best by his quick footing behind the bar and his awesome mullet! The fastest service in Gastown and mega cheap drinks!

Vote for Lenny at clubvibes.com/awards! Our plan is to have a huge bash at the pub for all of the voters as a thank you for voting. We’ll call it the Vote for Lenny party and will send an official email to invite all the voters. So make sure you go and vote asap! Voting ends on April 30, 2012. Date for the party to be posted soon. You’ll also be entered into a draw to win an IPAD! So remember to vote and come on in and drink your face off!

The Easter Bunny will be hiding eggs all weekend all over Gastown. Find an egg hidden in Gastown and redeem as a gift certificate at The Metropole! We have 3:00am closing time on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Drink specials for Easter

  • Thursday – $12.25 pitchers of beer and $4.75 PBR tall cans
  • Friday – $4.50 cans of PBR and Old Mil, $7.25 double highballs and $4.75 PBR tall cans
  • Saturday – $7.25 double highballs and $4.75 PBR tall cans
  • Sunday $3.50 drinks all day and Nintendo Mario Kart at 9pm on the big screen.

Super Bowl 2012 at The Met!

Come watch with us on Sunday, February 5, 2012 – Super Bowl XLVI – between the American Football Conference champion New England Patriots and the National Football Conference champion New York Giants to decide the NFL champion for the 2011 season! Kickoff time is scheduled for 6:25 p.m. EST at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.

We will have $3.00 Sunday’s, Football Squares, jersey giveaways, Promo Girls, NFL prizes. $5.00 burger or beef dip and beer as well as FREE chili and popcorn!

At midnight we’ll be cracking the ‘bubbly’ for everyone; however, The Met’s version of ‘bubbly’ will be a complimentary can of PBR! Party favours will be on the tables! DJ JAY will be spinning Old School, Hip-Hop and Rock ‘n Roll! 10:00pm all the way to 3:00am!
